rooms to go is a rip off.  no returns after 48 hours of your order ( in which case most delieveries are a week away) or after they deliever and you sign for delievery.  now you are also signing that you cant return the items after that point.  no one tells you that.  who does not have a return policy. 

i bought a desk set for my daughter bday.  the sales person upsold me the hutch that goes on top of desk.  i had no clue...she said is a cabinet and storage above...ok...

took delievery and the hutch sits on top of the desk.  the hutch takes up 1/2 the surface of the desk top...so much that she cant even open a text book and lay it down.  

the return policy was never discussed by sales person.  the fine print on the back of receipt is so not readable.  i have 20/20 vision and cant read it.  that is insane that they can make is to faint that you cant see it.   if you flip the reciept over real fast...you will not even know there is writing on it.
the worst part is that the sales person upsold me this hutch.  fully knowing i could not return it after i took delievery.  never told me that part either. 

rip off...rip off...

who does not allow returns. 

i have given them a lot of business in the past...

i will never ever buy or do business with rooms to go again. 

screw job.

I think we may have responded to a post that you made at another consumer related website, but wanted post here as too just in case.  If you can email us your order details to tellus@roomstogo.com, we would like to take a look further into the matter to see what options we may still have available.

   That's not in itself a ripoff.  That's just their policy.  They're not required to have ANY return policy.
You're also free to take your business somewhere with policies that are more to your liking.   You did ask about the return policy before the purchase, right?

  If that's what it says and you disagree with it, why would you sign and accept delivery?
