Placed an order for a few dresses for my wife. Got the order and was shocked to see the difference in sizes.
Be aware...a size Large in China must be equal to a size 2! They are seriously off on their size charts, or everything is sized for children sizes.
Anyway....I submitted a ticket to get a return, and I received a response with thier return policy and a request to lay the clothing items on the floor and place a measure stick or ruler net to it. Seriously?

Let me start by apologizing personally for your experience. We really want to work with you to make this right.
We offer the detailed measurement chart for each item,maybe you chose your regular size and the size you chose was not fitï¼for your reference, please note that 1 inch= 2.54cm so you can convert the size accurately.
In this case please provide the order number to us. We will then be able to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
Once again, I want to restate our apology to the customer for their experience. We are responsible for this and we will work hard to resolve this issue for them and to prevent it from occuring again in the future.
