RossBuilders Inc Would Not Recommend Titusville/Orlando Florida

Would Not Recommend.  IHired this Contractor to build Master Bath and for his knowledge of Brevard County Building codes and how to read and understanding Blueprints. Under his supervision I failed three of the first Five inspections (Footer, Rough Plumbing and roof decking at a cost of 75.00 per failure). The Rough plumbing drains were put in the wrong place and that made the toilet rough in 22" off of the finished wall and the Shower vent was 10" out place which put it where the Bathroom window was going.

It took from 12/18/2015 until 3/14/2016 to get my rough roof inspection completed and another 2 months after that to get the roof drying complete. I had to hire another contracter to complete the roof. I had to have someone else tear out and redo the framing so that it was done to code, move toilet drain, install windows, finishferring strips, finish supply water lines and remove wall of existing house all of which he was paid in advance to do.
I did wanted to fire him but since I had already paid him for the work and he did not want to return a fair amount. I had to keep him on. Last time he was on site 3/13/2016.
