To who it may concern. I just got a letter form the ch 13 court from Judge Joe Lee.
stating that Roundup Funding LLC had transferd a claim that has been paid off 100% through the ch 13 court, I have all the legal paper work to proove it has and was paid in full.
The claim was sold or transferd to PYOD LLC or resurgent capital services.Po box 190008, greenville SC.
The CH 13 court sent me a notice of transfer of claim and of time to file an ojection.
I have one question? do the courts not even look and see that matters such as these are not
only wasting the courts time not to say the undue stress on my self and my wife.
we have competed our ch13 and thought the matter was behind us .
