The room has a stale odor coming from the bathroom. Bed is hard and has lots of matress stains and smells awful. Worst of all, front door does not lock. Anyone can get in by just pushing hard on the door. The deadbolt does not work and the safty catch wouldn't stop a 99 yr old lady from getting in!
When confronted with this I simply asked for another room, he instead stalld by going to the room saying the deadbolt would not be made to work and didn't seem to care. As far as the smell he just sprayed a little lysol in the bath and that was it. He refused to give me another room. When I demanded a refund he said I only had 20min to get a refund from when I checked in. Even calling the sheriff brought no results.
He scammed me out of $45.
