route 22 toyota service hillside nj both times they did work on my toyota prius i had another issue resulting from their work or lack of it, i would not go there again. its like they know we cant bring our prius to anywhere else but the hillside, New Jersey

Both times they did work on my toyota prius i had another issue resulting from their work or lack of it, i would not go there again. its like they know we cant bring our prius to anywhere else but to a toyota dealer, so we are at their disposal and must trust their word for it since getting another opinion on the electric prius is hard.

This is terrible for prius owners, that we have to rely on the honesty and integrity of the dealer, this puts the toyota dealer at a tremendous leverage over the customer, i love the prius but because of route 22 toyota in hillside NJ i will not be buying another one.

I would like to begin by apologizing for your bad experience with our service department. It is unclear what exactly happened - or did not happen - when your Prius was serviced by us. We understand that needing your car serviced can be a major inconvenience and we do everything we can to minimize that inconvenience. This is not what you are reporting here.
