report again expedia canada regarding Economy Rent a Car/ routes car & truck rentals, 107-700 Moraine Road Ne, Calgary, Alberta they are extremely unprofessional ,i rented car from 1st till 3rd nov via expedia my iternary number was Itinerary number: 164940765735

No one was at office to give car key we've to call expedia n than waited 15 mins in snow till the time guy came car was given to us at around 7.30 pm for booking of 6.30 pm and name of shop was routes car & truck rentals on same address,nothing was explained to us regarding insurance from expedia,only total charges was $ 45.68 and agent informed tht everything is included,car was booked at $ 12 per day we took insurance cuz of bad weather and end up paying $ 93.67 that is again acceptable but what is extremely unacceptable on 3rd nov when we called n requested if someone can drop us back to home Mr baljeet sidhu we were told that we can keep the car till 8.30 pm and than can drop car but no one will be there to take the car key back as they are celebrating their festival diwali n we've to keep the key down to floor mat and car safety is our responsibility till next day morning till the time they opened the office which sound scary as i'm new to city n not ready to take the responsibility of vehicle like this than I told mr sidhu I cant do this and with mutual discussion it was decided tht I can give car n key early in morning at 8 am when office is opened this all discussion was done in a very polite and friendly way

Than another guy mr sukhmeet called from economy car rental tht i'll be charged extra for 1 more day that made me annoyed and my husband went to drop car it was late by 1 hour cuz of this misunderstanding n lack of full info and mr sukhmeet was not ready to let my husband go without paying 1 day extra and verbally he coated $ 180 to my husband with no breakup only verbally tht we can settle it on 4th

my husband took the car back on 4th nov we reached before time at 6 pm and asked for settlement of bill, we were told that we need to pay $ 181.19 that is double to rate of car for 2 days, breakup was not clear charges shows 3 days @ $12 = $70(which is not right n justified)n we were being told tht it is because of extra day we had fight over this for 1 hour i called mr baljeet sidhu n he was misbehaving n told me tht i dont want to pay money tht's y i'm fighting than I called expedia at that time n was on line with agent for 1 hour 20 mins with long long hold and was told finally that expedia can't do anything abt this and they can give me $25 voucher as a compensation of inconvenience which I didn't got at all and because of all this drama i forgot my ipad4 retina display in car , my husband called mr sukhmit and informed he said he left location and we can come in morning but by morning it was not there at all
