Royal Pine Apartments Fremont California did not return deposited money Fremont California

It has been almost a year and I am still waiting to get my security deposit back. The first check I got was with my name spelled wrong and it was the bank that notified me when the check didn't go through. Several times I have visited the apartment office to recorrect my name spelling and issue me a new check. As far as doing all the formalities, it has been done. The manager of the apartment has literally challenged me and I accept the challenge. I am reporting here as one more formality, as it seems it will be plus point as of gathering one more proof before taking this case to the court. As consulted with legal offices I do have enough evidence to charge against Royal Pine Apartment at Fremont, California, but thought to report here to let others know that those apartments are the wrong choices not just my case but there are tons other issues against them from people who lived there once. With their nature and attitude, I am charging them 1350 USD + 500 USD. Extra 500 USD because that is my expenses totally spent on trying to reach them and several trips that I made to request them in solving the matter.
