RPM Vending Sold a faulty machine and will not answer phone now they sold it Carmichael California

I bought a vm-010  August 22 2014 received it Friday August 29th,  Installed machine August 31st.  sept 1st I had a bill jam called rpm. sat sept. 6th it had a bill jam twice that day called rpm Monday about it.  9/13/14 had a bill jam and again 9/14/14 had a bill jam.  I called rpm vending they gave me manufactures number I talked to Susan aj alex and Brendon atleast every other day they all gave me the run around don't know how to fix machine when I called ict. 3rd to ask for a refund left message no call backs all this time they have known i have been having awful problems with machine they sold be.  Horrible customer service.   Machine is a piece of junk.  I bought a old vm-010 and am using the bl-700 bill acceptor right now because they could not fix there machine.

    I bought equipment from Capitol vending for another machine I have which I will be getting soon. And I can take there piece of junk off the wall.
