 Sit back have another beer . My complaint was how they handled my original call My complaint has nothing to do with your mother , my mother or if I am American or not , Your mother is probably a very nice person and so is mine ... I happen to own a company and have trained my personal to explain everything on the front Side . I was quoted on a clean out of my sink , that is what they did . I explained when I phoned in that my kitchen sink was backed up , not my washing machine , bathtub ect .... There is no other way to clean out tha kitchen sink without taking apart the trap and cleaning it out . (The person I spoke to After explained they should have told me there could be an extra charge .) Yes I have tools to repair it mysellf but I have the money to pay for someone else to do the job , it 's Called the American way ... Helping to keep others employed. -not by the bait and switch way . Again my complaint is that I was Qouted a price for a job I explained fully on the phone . There was no other way to do the job yet once they arrived here the priced change . At this point my time is worth way more than the 150.00 .that I spent waiting here for the job completion . Which took aprox . 1/2 - 45 mins I am sorry you feel I tried to cheat someone out of money they earned .I paid them for the job they Qouted me . They knew what a sink would cost to clean out yet they told me a lower price to get them in the door .... If it had been another drain . Or bathtiub ect I would have gladly paid them because that was outside Qouted price .... Please say hello to your mother for me , I know you are probably a hard working person , and if someone was trying to steal money out of your wallet you might get a little upset .... God bless you ...

 So they tell you its $99 to fix your sink. But once the plumber comes out and finds out that its a different job then the one you called them out for, you pay him LESS then the job was worth? WOW!!! I bet you wouldnt have stood for someone screwing you over like that. But I guess its ok since you are you eh....Jackass.

Stop your whining. The problem YOU told them wasnt the correct problem. The fix to YOUR problem was $175. You paid them less then YOU were supposed to. Then to top it all off. You have the neve to post a negative review because they EXPECTED TO BE PAID FOR THE JOB THEY DID!!

YOU are a PRIME example of how the American Consumer has completly screwed up customer service in this great nation. You are a mouth breathing neanderthal. You need to crawl back to your cave and continue with non existance. YOU have screwed a reputable company because YOU gave them the wrong information, THEY do the job, and you SHAFT them out of the money that was RIGHTFULLY theirs. OBVIOUSLY you have no plumbing experience or equiptment. This workman had to put his hands in YOUR filth. WHY would you screw him out of the money HE EARNED!!!!!!!
