I loaded money on my card in early Nov not knowing the card was in an inactive status; so I found that out when I tried to place an order online and was told the card was declined.
I contacted the back and I missed one of the security questions so they asked me to provide proof of identity, I have done that now on 5 or 6 occasions but what I submit is never good enough for them to issue me a new card.
So I finally asked if they could just close my account and issue me a check for the $225 I loaded on the card last month. As of today, I still have nothing from them an all I want is my money back but they seem to want to just keep my money, its crazy! This money was for a Christmas gift that I was never able to purchase!!
