Rush My Passport Retained money with no product result Internet

In oreparation for Global travel, it was necessary to renew my passport expeditiously. I sought out an agency on the internet and selected Rush My Passport for services. Filling out the application, I was offered the chance to buy both a new passport as well as a passport "card" for an additional $75.00 and for convenience and security, I selected to purchase both, as well as the $179.00 expedite fee.

I received my passport in a reasonable rime, but after a month, I have not received the "card." and requests for assistance have been met with only a statement "It normally takes 5 days to process."

No further response and I am without a passport card, refund or satisfaction. I consider this fraud.
