This company engages in deceptive practices. I tried to form an LLC, and there website stated, "Fill out our brief but specific questionaire and RushFiling will draw up your legally binding partnership agreement within 24 hours." Nothing could be further from the truth. After submitting my online application and paying via credit-card, I received nothing. I called and called and was told something diffferent each time. "It's been sent." I never received anything. Finally, after seeing my phone number on their caller-ID, the phone just rang and rang. Be careful and don't give these thiefs your money!!!

You can contact us by phone, email, fax, online chat or stop by the office between 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday with any questions on your filing. We file over-the-counter with the Sacramento office of the Secretary of State's office twice daily, Mon. through Fri at 9:30 am and 3:30 pm. If you failed to pay the State's 24 hour processing fee, as offered on our site, and had to wait on their backlogged processing at the beginning of every fiscal year than you have our sympathies but the State's processing times is not under our control and your delay is your own. We are a commercial processing company. We transmit documents between businesses and government agencies. You have every option available for the fastest service allowed under state statute through our service. Your complaint is unfounded and blatantly incorrect.
