I recently hired this company to register a DBA.  After paying the company $135, I  never received any of the necessary documents from http://rushfiling.com and after several inquiries I finally had to file a fraud dispute with my credit-card company.  My inquiries to Rush were met with evasive and rude comments.  Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.

This 'owner'.... he's not reeeaaally..........smart.  The customer is always right, unless you suck at your CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB.  Attacking an unhappy customer is not what owners do, genius.  UNLESS...you're not actually an owner but you're.....A SCAMMER.  In that case, you're dumber than i thought.  I mean, being a shitty owner is bad, but if you can't even PRETEND to be a good owner, well, that's just embarassing.  To suck at pretending is almost impossible and just...hilarious.  I think I'll take my chances on ANY other site, I'm pretty confident the 'owner' will be less of an angry d****e.  Keep up the good work, you know, driving business away.     

By the way, you should probably not tell me to stop hiding behind my keyboard and talk to you in person like you have to everyone else.  It sounds like a threat, which I guess is another thing stupid owners do.  HAAAAAA threatening customers.... nice one.

Don Callaway, your DBA was filed and published within 24 hours as requested. You did not receive the originals in a timely manner because you provided a PO Box number that was not yours. We're sorry you mistyped your own address but that is no ones fault but yours. You apparently prefer to vent your frustration of your own failings by attempting to place the blame on someone else. We understand, it's a common human condition. In the future, we recommend you double confirm your mailing address before causing yourself more grief. We will not accept blame for you not knowing your correct PO Box. Our superior service will continue to provide an efficient and stellar service to our clients. Once you decided to use vulgar and offensive language on the phone due to a situation you created by your careless, we will not longer extend you any consideration. You have only embarrassed yourself with your childish and unprofessional behavior. In the future, Don Callaway, hire an attorney. You failed using an automated system. Feel free to stop by and discuss it further in person.
