I live in the Ashton Ranch Community in Surprise Arizona. Russell Budz is the head board member of the HOA and Carried Sidney handles fees as well as the property management company called Lone Star Property Management in Surprise AZ. Months ago I probed them with many questions and asking if the were getting paid. They answer I got was no.
They accidentally recently told me they in fact they did get paid. They manage the properties poorly in the neighborhood, Refuse to help anyone on emergencies, do not give people any notice about delinquent accounts and just send to collections. These people are crooks and making money off everyone's dues and especially fines. They will do anything to fine you just to make an extra buck.
They should be replaced immediately.

I live in the Ashton Ranch Community in Surprise Arizona. Ruzzell Budz is the head board member of the HOA and Caried Sidnii handles fees as well as the property management company called Lone Star Property Management in Surprise AZ. Months ago I probed them with many questions and asking if they were getting paid. They answer I got was no.
They have not been the best at managing. Help on emergencies? Sometimes no notice on deliquint accounts sent to collections, They are deffinately collecting on fines.
