I have had terrible experience with S & L Store Fixtures. For the record I have spent $5300 with them on my order. First batch of items were received timely. There were only a few defects and dings on some of the items. We understood that many of these would be hard to notice and it is normal due to the transportation from FL to NJ. Prior to placing the order we asked if all items are in stock. It was confirmed. We were to find out that the most important items where we would hang on the dresses in our retail store are not (all) available. It was 2 weeks after the opening when we received them. The LED light for the showcase ($165) arrived and upon opening of the package was damaged. We notified S & L Store Fixtures that there was no sign of damage of the outside and we were able to find the damage once the box was opened. They refused to replace and/or refund. I called FedEx and filed a claim. Meanwhile I had to order another one due to the style being specific and already spend thousands of dollars on this equipment. Claim was approved for $115 due to the fact that they did not insure that shipment. The doors for the showcase never arrived. I contacted S & L Store Fixtures and they told me that they a "a bit behind" even though that it has been 1 month since the order and that they were aware of the target opening date for our retail store (June 1st). Hangers are with poor quality and hooks separate from the wood not being able to support the weight of the bridal dresses. We specifically asked them if these are good for a Bridal Shop. 4-way Dress stands were ordered - Similar (but different) styles arrived making the store look like a thrift store.
