At night while i was sleeping safe national of america had withdrawn $40.00 from my account never had heard of this company in my life, nor do i know how they got my information at all.

HOW did they get YOUR bank account info?
YOU gave it up to someone online or over the phone, that's how.
Ever deal with bestsavingsource.com, or similar website?
The thing you need to learn is to NEVER give your bank account info to anyone over the phone or online, and you will have no problems.
Just common sense.
