Safe National of America Laptop battery Won't Last Long St. Petersburg, Florida

It has been six months, and my mom gave me a Laptop from Safe National of America. It was doing well when I’ve spotted something I’m not so very happy about. The battery can only last for about 30 minutes. So I have it checked with the technician and he said, perhaps I could have the battery replaced from Safe because after all, it had some warranty or something. But when we have it seen there, they said they only entertain problems that occurred within the 90-day policy. So that’s technically shoving us aside. We’re like customers here and they’re just insanely ignoring us. It’s that their way of treating customers. Does that mean they have to be nice only when you purchase and when it goes beyond the crappy 90 day policy, they’d have to treat customers as if they’re some kind of aliens or something? Wow, that’s new. Considering, we used to buy there. Let me guess, they’re being just chicken in facing complaints because they’ve been really receiving a lot of them lately. That’s two thumbs down, I’m outta here, and I’ll never be a fool for that store ever again. There’d be no next time. And as for the battery, to hell with them. Not for a second would I give it a fight, I’ve already wasted my time, won’t waste another second of it.
