safecart driver detective paypal program did not work i wented a refund thear driver detective web page sed if i did not like program thay would give a refund all thay did was give me a runaround Internet

The Driver deteceive program did not work for me so i asked for a refund thay did not give it to me i tried to make it work on luck. It was 29.95 and it will not work I had to get a cd from anouther compenee it worked i am 73 and retired I can't aford to be rippedoff
