Safeguard properties are a bunch of thiefs! We have worked with safeguard for several years in the property management and field services area and have been not only lied to but stollen from on several occasions. Work ordered by safeguard but not paid. Thousands of dollars worth and to call to find out where our pay is is met with answeres like , well call you back or , we will check into it only to never hear from them again until you call back and then the same will be said. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! Safeguard will charge the banks full value on jobs but not pay its vendors the agreed upon price to do the job. Your checks will be short and if you call to find out why, you will be told vendor adjustment team took back pay that was owed after job was completed. Pass the buck is the game with these crooks and when you have finally had enough you will get talked to like a child and threatened. Chargebacks with no apperant reason are common with these crooks. They will steal money from you and then try to covince you that you did something wrong like , insufficient photos no matter how many you take. Safeguard runs on a very out dated computer system which crashes almost daily without notifying the vendors of their problem then will accuse the vendors of not having their work in on time therefore yep , you guessed it , more money stollen (chargebacks). To try to work out these issues even with corperate managers will only fall on deaf ears and will be met with more threats and lies , (we will call you back) wich never happens. Banks and vedors beware. never work with these thiefs
