This is by far the most unprofessional Company I have ever worked for in my life.

They lost my personal information (Social Security Card and State ID).

They consistantly make changes to pay dates, amounts, and promotions. I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID FOR MY WORK AS OF YET!

The Training to Prepare taxes for this Company is less than a week.

They hire anyone who applies regardless of background or experience, in fact the 2 people in my class that actualy had Tax Preparing experience from the Pittsburgh area are no longer working for the Company. BEWARE!

Most of their staff is very nice however most are forced to work alone even though they're inexperienced.

All of the Preparers do not have a IRS mandated PTIN.

Employees are forced to work long hours, and many work at random hours doing mandatory meetings, marketing, and conferences without pay.

Many of the Managers have never prepared taxes and some have Criminal backgrounds.
