I wanted to buy an inexpensive gavin fisso single speed bike, so that is how i ended up coming to their website, and which i was going to proceed with my order...unfortunatly i started my order and then during the shipping part of our conversation, i wanted them to have it delivered to my apt door and be left (which many other internet companies do), but then the sales rep (mike) said he needed to check with his manager...

so when he returned, he said i need to get it in writing, which seemed to be strange (which i found out that this company is so worried about liability b/c there practices are shady at best)...so then when i wanted to stop the order, they wanted to charge me a 30% restocking fee, which they claim is clearly on the page i was looking at, which it isn't...please don't shop there and expect good customer service...
