After numerous calls to Saferwholesale.com customer service, no results, I finally purchased a rectifier myself, $19.00. Installed it, next wind event the entire wind turbine burned out.
I contacted saferwholesale.com and was instructed to take pictures and attach complete description of what happened "this took a lot of work"
Many e-mails later, no help. Just a bunch of lip service.
