Here's the real truth about probably the ultimate sleezeball scumbag to ever walk the face of the planet- Christopher A Murphy, and his joke of a team canvasers. These jackass sleezebags use deceptive and highly pressured sales tatics on a defective and worthless product that they won't even service. It dosen't matter how often you call, or how many times you ask for repairs. I went through three of their joke panels in my old house before I called them and told em' come get the piece of crap. The sensors don't work, the panel always beeps for no reason and that stupid blue light is beyond annoying. But equipment aside, the real problem here is the douchbags ethics, morals and character.

 I didn't listen to my neighbor when he warned me about this schmuck, and went against my gut when my wife asked for this system. We listened to that stupid sales p**** insted, and got that. Call after call I asked for this to be fixed. Nothing. Now keep in mind I was in beautiful Mobile AL for some time, so I wasn't THAT d*** far for the jackass to come fix his joke of a system. And when they did send someone, I got a rude jerk with somekind of a hillbilly accent and no tact that was in and out in 2 minutes, didn't bother to answer questions, and sped off in his silver box he called a truck.  That was the last i got for help.

That's just the service part of my beef with these morons. Now here's some truth too. I checked out what some people were saying about this douchebag, and here's what I heard. 1) he rips off and steals from his employees. Yeah, he dicks with their checks and lies repeatedly. 2) the moron treats women like their toys. When he's used abused and screwed them and finishes, he just casts them out like trash. 3) every word (And I mean every d*** word) he says is a frakin lie. Bottom line, Don't trust this company for ANYTHING. I'm glad we moved. Check out the reports about him stealing other companys turf and such. You'll see. When the wife and I moved here to NC, we decided to try (((Redacted))) and haven't had any kind of an issue. So word to the wise and warning to everyone. Stick with (((Redacted))) and others, stay away from these sleezeballs in the florida panhandle and whatever you do- don't do any kind of buisness with that scumbag. It's not worth the time, headaches or money you'll spend just to get away from it. If they show up, ask for their permit, and when they fail to show one call the effin police. If you see that sleezeball murphy directly, just call the d*** cops. That loser needs to spend a few months being bubbas b****. That's all he deserves.

Ripoff Report's terms of use specifically forbid anyone from using innuendo, unsupported accusations, etc in a complaint. Also, the terms specifically state that a complaining consumer should not make accusations which could be construed as libelous, specifically derogatory statements which are not supported by personal experience. This "customer" spent most of his written complaint libeling me, attacking my character, and making untrue statements about how I run my business. Before I respond to his ridiculous complaint, I challenge him to respond with his NAME, so that I may pursue him in civil court. If he is a former client, and is being honest, he should have no problem doing that. If this complaint was written by a competitor (which it sounds like it was), then I expect we will never really know who sent it. Now.... 1) We have an A Rating at the BBB. 2) I am not Vision Security. 3) We service all of our clients as quickly and thoroughly as possible. But, we are not perfect. When we make a mistake, we fix it..as long as a client gives us the opportunity. 4) My company, our sales reps, and our monitoring station are ALL properly licensed in the states where we work. We also hold the appropriate municipal permits wherever required. Anyone may call my offices at 866-374-9408, to inquire about our licenses and permits. We would be happy to provide these upon request. 5) The "hillbilly" in the silver work truck is Mr. Michael Brown, an employee with 20 years experience and an impeccable record. He has thousands of happy clients. 6) There is no such thing as TURF in this business. To say that only magnifies the ignorance under which this complainant is laboring. No company OWNS a certain area, period. 7) This person says "heres some truth"...then immediately states that he checked out some things that people were saying about me, the "douchebag". Who are these people? How did you check their statements? You call me names, slander and libel me publicly, yet do not have the personal courage to sign your statement. 8) My company has a close relationship with the Sheriffs department in our home county, and maintain a positive working relationship with the police in every area where we work. Please feel free to verify this fact. 9) I do not know what my personal life has to do with anything, but for the record, this company has never stolen a penny from anyone who worked here, I have never treated a woman in the way that this "customer" describes, and I have worked hard and honestly my entire life to provide opportunity for others who want to work hard and honestly to build a future for themselves at this company. 10) This person has an agenda, obviously. Their complaint could not be more transparent. If there is an ounce of validity to any of this baloney, put your name on it, so that I can hold you responsible for your malicious and untrue statements regarding my character and that of my company. We have thousands of happy customers in the panhandle of Florida, Alabama, and Mississipi, many of whom would be glad to speak with anyone comsidering doing business with us. The only complaints that we ever get are feom customers who simply do not want to pay their bill or meet their contractual obligations. In the event of a service issue or equipment related issue, we move quickly to solve the problem. Until the "customer" making these libelous, malicious, unsupported, untrue statements decides to be an adult and take responsibility by claiming their complaint, I deem the entire complaint invalid and not credible at all.
