I ordered two items from Mr Hongwei He:

chipset Ambarella A7AL70 + Sony IMX322 (Sensor) price is $ 32

At a total cost of $89 (including shipping).

Mr Hongwei He has taken the money that was transferred via Western Union.
Mr He is no longer responding to my emails and any communication by Skype.

When I did contact Mr He by Skype I did not give my details. He initially
replied to me and wanted to take an order. I later explained who I was and
that an order had already been place and payment sent. He then stopped
communicating with me!

There is no communication now. I believe that if I pretended to be someone
else he will reply to me and will accept more orders. I believe he is
ripping people off. This is probably not the first time he has done this.
