in 1988 I took out a loan to go to century schools in sandiego california, 3313.00 total. the school closed gave me no certificate or training, I was homeless for the next two years, 1990 I came to columbus ohio and in 1993 becamea corrections officer for the state of ohio, I called sallie mae informed them asked for forgiveness it was granted. in 1996 I bought my first house, sallie mae came up again, I called reminded them of there promise they took it off of my credit report. in 1998 I filed bankruptcy and found out yes the 3313.00 was gone replaced with a loan for 7518.00 a consalidation loan on one loan, and the rules for ed loans in the gov. guidlines book says "in order to consalidate a loan you must be in good standing on your loans and they must be over 7500.00 on the balances to have the loan okayed. that's why they made the amount over 7500.00 and took it out without my permission, you can't make any garunteed loan make that kind of intrest if you tried 3313.00 to 7518.00 in 8 years and the loan that should not exist was never in good standing., it was suppositly paid off after in 2000 of may my chapter 13 was paid off. instead I suffered more wage garnishes and went bankrupt again. in 2007 I had went to the university of pheonix for 1 quarter feb to may in 2005 I withdrew because I signed up for a criminal justice degree and found out I was in general studies they didn't have a criminal justice program. they had me in class and still paying until nov. charging me all the way 6000.00 3200.00 extra. after recieving my 2011 tax return sallie may helped it's self to 2682.00 more dollars and still said I owed money but they would forgive the rest since I had paid a total of 26000.00 total for a closed school and 1 quarter of classes plus the 3200.00 the univ. of pheonix ripped me off forn that comes to 29200.00 .I have all the paperwork to prove it
