I bought a system from Az. Prosolar which is also Salt River Solar and Wind. It was the worst dealings I have ever hadwith a company. I signeda contract to buy 10 250 Watt panels and have them installed. I did not get what I signed for I got a 215 Watt panel. I was told that they could not get the other panels, there was no adjustment in the price. I was also told that monitoring was free but I was never told how and have not been told even after I have made attempts to find out. I made my first payment when I signed the contract which was around $2300.00. I have talk to several other companies since and all of them have quoted $1000.00 up front and balance due at completion.

I had to have 75% of the balance paid before I ever got a date for an install. I can not begin to tell how many times I had to call and raise hell before anything ever happened. If you want solar for your home and you want to feel good about it, get what you paid, and get the performance that you were told you would get please do yourself a favor and buy from someone else. I would not believe or trust the so called testimonials that they put up on their website.Please don't go through what I did it's not worth it and their not giving you any kind of deal that you can't get elsewhere andwith a whole lot more customer service.
