Salyers Trucking LLC/ Bolt Express Thief lima Ohio

I am a former Sub Contractor of Salyers Trucking whom is leased onto Bolt Express. I had been having issues with my payroll. The numbers just weren't adding up. He claims he has a professional pay firm calculating his payroll but the numbers just don't work. Upon doing the figures, what is sent over the Qualcomm and what I see on my weekly sheet are 8% different. When I asked Mr Salyers about this, he informed me it was on Bolt Express' end and not his, that he gets paid by the amount that is shown on my statement under "trip paid" and not "driver earned" sent by the CPA.  I have talked to other fleet owners and they said he is probably getting 70% of the gross pay instead of 62% and keeping the 8% for himself. My contract states I get 60% of the trip paid and that comes across the Qualcomm.  

After I resigned, I brought the truck back full of fuel as requested. The contract says he has 45 days to complete my settlement. That has been almost shy of 3 months now and as per Bolt, they have received all of my paperwork. David Salyers is a lies, cheats and is a real crook. There is no rhyme or reason to steal 8% of my money then to hold my last few remaining runs hostage! I caution anyone who wants to work for him to keep a good eye out for their money and get it while you can!
