We used Samm's Heating and Air to do a repair on our air conditioning system. I sat there and watched as these guys created more issues. He was trying to screw in a panel and sent the drill right through the metal and then acted later on like it was already there before-hand. I know for a fact that it wasn't. The unit was only 1 year old and I had attempted to work on it myself the day before. The filter was dirty and they wanted me to change it. The guy didn't even bring a filter with him.
WHAT KIND OF AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY DOESN'T HAVE FILTERS?
Once they actually fixed the air conditioning unit and the leaking coils that were present (who knows if they created this issue as well), I was charged two service fees and other maintenance fees totaling $560.00. Absolutely ridiculous.
There are other AC-repair companies out there who are honest about what they do and charge correctly for the time spent on the job + they don't create extra issues to invoice you over.
Again, stay away from Samm's Heating and Air.
