Samuel Dwight Hamill is a extremely wealthy man that is running from child support enforcement. I was 3 months pregnant and he abused my oldest son by dropping him into a playpen on his back at the age of 9 months. I left him and he threatened myself and my family, since then he has sold his homes, changed his company into another's name, and basically disappeared off the face of the planet. All to avoid being contacted by CSE to pay monetary support for our now 15 month old son.
If anyone can help me find some info, maybe an address, etc. I would greatly appreciate it. I am a single mom and I dont have the funds to hire a private detective like CSE suggested. He could be anywhere in the northern united states.

I never knew that there were additional responses to this report until today, 2 years after the last response...
I am still looking for information regarding Sam.
He was briefly found in San Francisco, CA and we went to court in NY for child support (though I have no clue as to why it went through NY when our child and I are in FL). An order was filed stating he was to pay roughly 600 a month in child support (he lied under oath and also turned in incomplete copies of his tax returns so he was not forced to pay the right amount of support).
He claimed to be living with his girlfriends relatives and was unemployed, then somewhere in the middle of the hearing he changed his mind and stated he was living in an RV parked in New Mexico. So I really have no clue as to where he could be. I've seen things stating he could be in Ohio, Connecticut, Vermont, New York, and New Hampshire.
It's been years and he still has not paid one single dime of child support, and because the order was filed in NY, my case down here in FL through DCF and CSE is having a hard time getting any of the information.
While going through the court hearing he claimed he "wanted to do what was right for our child and be cordial and friendly". It would be nice if he could just stay true to his word.
If anyone has any information regarding Samuel Dwight Hamill I would greatly appreciate a response.
Just in case you know a Sam Hamill, the last time I saw him he was approximately 5'6" or 5'7", stocky, large forehead, blue eyes, dyed his hair and eyebrows dark brown because of going grey/white, has a large scar across his lower abdomen and large scars along his upper arms (like those of having excess skin removed after weight loss), is an avid KISS fan and used to have the email address of chopper206sr at aol.

I don't know if this is the same person you are looking for but I would like to talk to you as I have interviewed him and wonder if this could be him. He was telling us stories of how his wife committed suiside last month and he had a son with a defective heart and on and on. If you would give me a call I will be happy to speak with you to confirm the identity of this guy.

Todays Creations Inc. is one of the business' he owns previously lived in West Lebanon, NH
Grew up in CT
Has a sister that lives in NH
Had several stories in the newspaper concerning a legal case he had against a rhode island based insurance company because he had toxic mold growing in his home after some negligence by the company.
His company lawyer is a Mr. Howard Myers (whom will not give me any information about Sam)

You need to give more information. There is one that lives at 1906 Skyline Dr Springfield, VT 05156. He seems to own Todays Creations that is listed to P.O. Box 740 White River Junction, VT 05001. The more information you give the easier it is to define if this is your guy.
