I bought a custom made Necklace and Ear ring set from Samuel Jewelers at Sunrise mall, Citrus Heights, California on 8/20/2011. We paid for the set 5.52ct and 1.35ct in total 49 diamonds in the quality of D-F color, and IF clarity.

When I asked for a valid certification from a Licensed Gemologist, I got a certification by Samuel Jewelers and they assured me that the same is equivalent and good enough as the licensed certification. Please refer the above attachments.

When I went for the same store to re-design the set by last week, they gave me an estimation and stated that the diamonds are not D-F color or IF clarity either. And they were wondering to see their certification once I showed it to them. And even the other gemologists confirmed that these are not D-F/IF quality.
- Totally disappointed and they fooled me like anything by giving poor quality diamonds for high price with fake certificate.
