 Im being defrauded and robbed blind by the San Diego County Department of Child Support Services pursuant to an old child support case concerning my 24 year old son.  The case went to court in 1990 when my sons mother took off with him, went on wefare and filed for custody and child support.  11/05/90 I was granted 3 weekends a month visitation which I kept faithfuly.  12/18/90 petitioner caused child support issue to go o/c.  I paid my ex 300 a month child support over the next 2 years while she collected AFDC and failed to report the fact.     Without good cause the D.A. erroneously failed in its duty, as a matter of statute to seek and establish an order for child support during this period wrongfuly causing a corrupt 10,000 dol. welfare reimbursement order on 11/19/92 and child support order was also established.     San Diego County DCSS is ripping me off as follows:  I suffered a serious work injury in 12/92.  The D.A. filed a lien against my work comp award for all support owed from 12/92 thru 09/94 including welfare reimb.   My attorney negotiated settlement of the lien by comp. & release lump sum payment to D.A. in 09/94.  DCSS audit not only fails to credit the lien payment to my account wipeing out the welfare reimb. and amount of all support owed as stated.  DCSS audit shows I still owe all the money which the lien settlement paid off.  Fails to credit 1300 income tax return intercept, 1500 in overpayments,2900 in over charges, 4000 misappropiated by ilicit interest, fails to credit undetermined wage assign. payments.  Over $25,000.00 in credit is due subject to further deductions.  False interest charges
