I cant't believe all the people on this site just picked Jacks name out of a hat and they all say the same thing! That's just not fair! lol

At SanDino Home Solutions, we protect our clients and maintain quality on all of our projects and sometimes, as they say, "you have to break a little eggs to make an omelet", this is the case.  The worst case is that this person was a family member and we couldn't risk keeping him on because of the poor quality issues.  The picture shown and provided by him, was BEFORE we had to remove all of the flooring because he used a cement board that was to thick and the door wouldn't close even before we installed tile?!  These types of issues continued throughout this project and even when installing a bath tub, he forgot the drain and we had to remove and re-install WITH the drain. 

We wish him luck and this being our brother, makes it harder that he is making false allegations and trying to discredit his own family.  Good luck in the future.

There was no notice of work being done improperly, I was getting paid for the work completed, if it was poor, why pay.....In order to have someone released for poor workmanship, it needs to be proved. Sandino Home Solutions thinks "Because I said so" is a legal arguement. I was denied the opertunity for a independant inspection of the work they say was "poor workmanship". No proof, no case!!

Unfortunately this person had to be released after his crew did not show up on three separate projects on several occassions.  He is my brother so this was not easy but our clients were the ones being put at bay because of the neglect by his company and crews.  He made several discouraging remarks to our staff and did not want to perform the work as we directed, and the work he and his crew did perform, was not to our standards.  After inspections by three separate staff members of our company, of the three projects he and his crews were working on, Much of the work now must be done over again and additional materials and supplies must be purchased.  Additional labor must be scheduled and the projects are getting back on schedule after the delays he has caused.  He had ample time to correct the situation, but with the threats he was making to our staff and Chad, we decided to remove him completely to protect our clients and their property.  Unfortunately, he decided NOT to leave at one project and so we were forced to contact the Police department to make sure he left the property and we had to file a report in Dallas.

In this industry of Remodeling and Construction, unfortunately we are just like other business and occassionally we must part ways with individuals and they do not want to understand that the work they've performed was not acceptable.  We have a high standard of quality and guarantee that our clients are protected and that we perform above and beyond their expectations, and if that means releasing someone and hiring another person to perform to our standards, than we have to do so.  This is one of those people that does not understand that his work was substandard and all of the documentation and pictures that our company has, proves this point.
