Sandra Hill Fiduciary Services Sandra Hill Fiduciary embezzled $195,000 from my Aunts trust Santa Cruz, California

Sandra Hill is a fiduciary who serves Grass Valley and Santa Cruz County.   In 2008 she was appointed conservator of my Aunt Claires estate.  The stealing began 30 days after Sandra Hill received her court orders. Sandy Hills first action was to stop all family members from visiting Claire.  Hill told our family visits only upset Claire.  This was untrue because Aunt Claires family doctor strongly recommended family visits. Sandras next action forced my Aunt from her home where she had a nurse taking care of her.  Again this was against the wishes of our family physician. 

Sandra Hill began plundering the estate bank accounts by withdrawing amounts ranging from as low as $2500 up to $40,000.  All of this embezzlement was accomplished in a period of 21 months.

Sandra Hill placed my Aunt into a substandard retirement facility who had over 80 California Department of health violations. My aunt passed away as a result of the poor care she received at that facility. I will redact the name of the facility because of a pending court action.  We learned Sandra Hills third cousin on her fathers side of her family owned the broken-down facility where my Aunt died under mysterious circumstances. 

Hill continued to lie to the judge about the death of my Aunt and submit false documents to the court.  As of this date the judges are either confused or fooled by the sleight of hand accounting tricks and documentation Sandra Hill submits to the family court. My Aunt had $400,000 in her trust, but she died penniless as a result of Sandra Hills disgraceful and unethical management practices.   

The California Department of consumer affairs, the State agency regulating conservators in California has documentation of Sandra Hill receiving 19 complaints from different families over a period of 4 years.  Sandra Hill has serious mental issues regarding her looks.  She has been overheard telling friends god punished her by placing her into the body, which she currently occupies. 

I was able to read a complaint from a woman in Grass Valley stating Sandra Hill made l*****n sexual advances toward her in exchange for receiving a larger portion of her inheritance.  A second complaint was filed by another Santa Cruz beneficiary who claimed Sandra Hill wanted to sleep with her daughter. A third complaint alleges Sandra Hill continued to stare at a wards granddaughter in a manner considered to be offensive.

The complaint went on to state Hill made sexual comments, which were not appropriate for the professional relationship she was supposed to have as a result of her court appointment. In addition Sandra Hill was fired from at least 9 jobs during her work career. Two of her firings occurred in civil service positions where she failed to pass her first evaluation.  Her inability to work with people has resulted in a life-long problem for Sandra Hill.   

Fiduciaries are not regulated.  Anyone can become a California licensed fiduciary.  The fact the government has failed to regulate this profession has resulted in the lowest common denominator entering into the so-called profession.  A federal Government agency known as the GAO reported approximately 85%  of conservators or guardians enter the profession because they cant find employment in other fields. The GAO stated most conservators or guardians could not produce evidence of higher education or college degrees. 

In addition several conservators were found to have had degrees from Internet paper degree mills, which were not accredited.  At least 50% of conservators had serious drug problems before entering the profession.  The fact the profession of conservator consists of societies rejects creates a breeding ground for the activities revealed in this document. The crime committed by society with regard to seniors is to allow societies outcasts the opportunity to avenge their perceived wrongs on innocent seniors. This is done through the stealing and lying, which occurs in accounts managed by court appointed fiduciaries.

This problem will continue until the government seriously regulates this profession.    Families will continue to suffer and be destroyed spiritually and financially as a result of the government not addressing this fiduciary problem.
