Chrysler Capital had financed a vehicle that i had bought in July 20th 2013 The salesman who sold me the vehicle had lied about my income and forged my name to the application. Now if Chrysler Capital would have ran my credit report they would of seen my score and seen i didn't have a good credit score rating and would of known something was wrong on the application.and if they would of checked into it and asked for proof of my income then they would of also known i didn't make 4500 a month as the salesman who sold me the vehicle said i made.I only get 840 a month and im disable im not retired nor have i lived at this address for 15 years.

He has lied about everything with this deal and i just wonder how many other people have they done this to,to get a sale,it's just not right for them to rip people off and plus not even check there credit score or ask for proof of income. I had talk to a Mr.Dwayne Louis from Chrysler Capital on the 22nd of April 2014 and he said i could give the truck back and it wont go against my Credit Report.Well is that what they do to people approve them for a loan and later on tell them they can give it back cause they was at fault.

well what about all the money that was put in the vehicle? I think this is very wrong of them and i think they Chrysler Capital and Deskin Motors needs to be checked into and see how many people have they done this way.this needs to stop. What the salesman did is fraud and slander, and Chrysler Capital and Deskin Motors both has slander my name and also defamation of character.because they did not check to make sure everything the salesmen did was right.Just like Jarrod Deskins said on the 22nd of April 2014,there was another salesmen did the same thing to someone else application.Well that right there should tell you something. He also asked me if i was gonna wreck my vehicle if they didn't fix the problem.i told him no i will seek a attorney,i would like to settle this if possible,if not then i will have no choice but to talk my attorney.

i know they done this before because when Jarrod deskins called me to come in and try to fix it he told me that another salesmen had done the same thing to someone elses application, i never asked for this and i would like for them to fix it. whoever the finance person was who let it go thru is hiding something, and are covering there tracks. he or she needs to be check into.

Why did you visit the dealership?

AUTHOR: FloridaNative - ()

POSTED: Friday, July 25, 2014

If you only make $840 per month income, why in the world were you shopping for a car to buy?

It is wrong for anyone to change your information on any application you make for financing. However, the first line of defense to protect your financial information is you. You knew you didn't have the income. You knew your credit score was low. Why did you sign the contract to purchase? Why would you even fill out an application to finance anything with your stated income?

At $840 per month you are not in a position to throw away money on interest. It was wrong for you to even step foot onto the dealership lot knowing you had no viable way to pay for any vehicle.

I agree with the other poster that you were complicit in this defrauding of the lender. To me it sounds like you intentionally obtained a loan using false information and now you want to keep the vehicle and have the dealership pay for it. Take some responsibility for your own actions. The whole thing is wrong. Stop blaming others for your own actions.

No, I don't work for this dealership or any dealership.

Who was ripped off?

AUTHOR: Michelle - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, July 09, 2014

Sounds to me like the only person/entity ripped off or defrauded in this situation was Chrysler Capital. They were given false information and made a loan based on that false information that it seems probably won't be paid back as agreed. And if the poster knew the information was false before - or even during - the financing process, then he/she is complicit in the fraud. Basically, though, it seems the victim in this case (Chrysler Capital) is the one being blamed. Backwards.

Chrysler Capital

Chrysler Capital is an indirect lender not a direct lender.  The dealership is responsible for the issue related to this contract not Chrysler Capital.  I would direct your issued to the selling dealer.

".I only get 840 a month and im disable.."

".i told him no i will seek a attorney,i would like to settle this if possible,if not then i will have no choice but to talk my attorney."

You say you can't pay for the vehicle but don't want to return it.  Who should pay for it?

You also say you are "disable" and only get $840 per month.  Then you claim to have an attorney...yeah, right.

Is "Your attorney" going to take your case for free?

Last question, how many times did you fail third grade before you gave up?  Oh, wait, one further question, what is "Your attorneys" name?
