My husband and I purchased a wedding photography package in 2007 and took Mr Parks to 52-1 district court and won judgment for breach of contract. He was overbooked and sent another photographer to my wedding but at the time of booking we thought it would be Roy. Its been 4 years and we've tried everything to collect on the judgment but its never been paid. We paid one of the court officers to seize assets in his name but he could not find a vehicle or bank account or home in his name so we hired a private investigator and he found nothing that could be seized in his name so he suggested we settle out of court for a lesser amount with Mr Parks but we have no contact information at this time. If anybody has a court judgment that was paid in the last 4 or 5 years however long he was doing business in Michigan please help me. All websites were deleted and phone numbers and emails closed. I would like to settle with Mr Parks and I only saw a post by Lisa from Rochester that she had luck doing that in 2010
If anyone knows another way my court judgment can be paid or collected please tell me on here because everything we tried last 4 years never worked and we cannot reach Mr Parks

this guy Roy needs to be stoped my husband & i hired him to take phoyos of our wedding 7/28/2012 he claimed we breached a contract never showed up to take photos changed phone number and also
closed all email accounts was going by the name Avril Photography he went by Photography by Roy also i have an address on him waiting to have documents served for court he just took our money and never showed up
