I recieved 2 complimentary scratch tickets with a travel brochure for malaysia, one of wich was a second prize of $160,000.00 us dollars. I was required to phone the company ( Sapphire Star Travel to claim my prize. After being told I had received the ticket by mistake then being told a couple of days later that their sponsor a merchant bank named Andy & Rachel Limited would honour the prize.  Whereby I was told to contact the manager of Andy & Rachel to organize payment. After contacting them I was required to forward $3500.00 as a security deposit for taxes that had to be paid on my winnings. At this stage I started doing more research and found their names had come up on google as scammers. at this stage I stopped all contact with both companies.
