I foolishly purchased the Neckline Slimmer and then paid even more money to get the Neckline Slimmer Accelerator Creme. The container that the cream is in is a cheap plastic one and the container was cracked and broken. The cream spilled out and made a mess and the little bit of cream that was in the container dried up.

I thought that it would be reasonably easy to get a replacement because I am use to dealing with reputable businesses; however, that was/is not the case. First I used the return address label that was provided to request a replacement. Next, I made several calls to the "Official" Neckline Slimmer sites, and sent email messages and postal mail letters making my request to exchange the product. I have been at this for MONTHS and MONTHS (too stubborn to give up) and still did not get a response from anyone other than they have no record of my purchasing the product. I provided my order number and was told that it could not be correct (and it is the exact number that was on the invoice). I asked if I could buy the cream in a store and they said no, so then I asked them if as they said I never ordered the cream, then how did I get it if the only way to get the cream was through them? No response.

Then I started to track down the SAS Group contact information after I had no luck with the Neckline Slimmer Information. I thought that certainly the manufacturer/distributer would exchange the product, but when I contacted the only person listed with a phone number, Glenda Patterson, the frustration increased.

Glenda is a horrible customer service rep. She is nasty and rude and insulting.  I had to call MANY times before she finally called me back and announced that the ONLY reason she was returning my call was to tell me that I was a pest and therefore I would never get any help from her. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she told me she answers to no one but the president of the company and then refused to give me his/her name. She also said that even the president could not force her to help anyone. The website does not provide the usual company contact information either. Glenda essentially told me that the product would not be replaced free and that I would have to pay 30.00 for the replacement. She told me she was the manager and the only person who would determine if I could have the product replaced or not and because I was a "pest" she would not replace the product. She ended the call by uttering a profanity directed at me and then hung up on me.

I truly have NEVER been treated in this manner by a person who is suppose to be a customer service rep. I may continue to try and locate the name of the president of this company so that I can provide feedback about the product and personnel; however, being able to post this report is providing me a measure of closure. I also will never again do business with anyone associated with the SAS Group.
