This store owner is not only un-professional but a pure sham! Products are junk, bought a monogrammed shirt from her and was the cheapest material, not what she has listed not at all what she said it would be! When contacted about the poor quality was completely ignored! Will never purchase from this person again nor would I recommend anyone else out there does either!

While this report is quite old, I did go back to research it's validity. I found no sales of any embroidered tanks to Pennsylvania on or prior to the date of this report. Whenever a customer asks for a refund, a refund is granted so long as the customer returns the items first. I'm assuming this could have been a customer that didn't want to be identified, but who knew they couldn't leave a review on Etsy due to Etsy being able to view their communications to me threatening negative reviews unless a refund was granted with them also being able to keep free merchandise. Often times on Etsy, you will find certain individuals requesting refunds, but not wanting to return the goods. These individuals are looking to blackmail small Etsy shops into giving them free items at the risk of negative reviews. These crooked buyers also know that they can't get away with leaving negative reviews on Etsy, so they resort to Yelp. Please be always check Etsy reviews before believing Yelp. I have perfect feedback on Etsy and almost 500 total reviews. Thank you all for your time in reading my response.
