Beware of Thad M. Sipple. This broker of Savant Insurance Solutions LLC did not pay our last week of work. I tried contacting him through his provided contact number and through Skype but never answered and replied to any of my calls and messages.

This person hired our call center for his telemarketing needs and from the time we started working with him I as the owner of the center has no luck speaking with him only until the day we are collecting payment from him. After few weeks of working he decided get hold of the project due to a server error, we are fine with it since there were really issue on his server. The problem is when we already invoicing him and collecting the payment for our week work we had no chance contacting him and 1 day I tried calling him using different number at no surprise he picked up the phone and had a chance to speak to him (its my first time to hear him and last time).

I asked when we will be resuming our work and he said "Monday" and also asked when he will be paying us for the previous week work and he said he was driving and on his way for an appointment and he will be making the payment on the very same day. But it did not happen. I tried sending him Skype messages, call him but no success and ignored all my messages until now.

After few days of trying to collect the payment he never responded and that is why I am reporting him and letting the public know about what he did to us. We are open for any negotiations as long as he will pay us. We will be filing legal actions against this person if he will continue to disregard and ignore our calls and messages.

So we want everyone to know that do not do business with this person and I am speaking based on what we experienced with him.

So I wanted to update on this situation, first I think I posted this a bit prematurely. The botton line is this whole situation is a complete miscomunication between Thad, my billing department and myself. It was my understanding that Thad didn't pay us a week after I had sent him the hours, First Thad never recieved them and second billing had requested payment via bank transfer but we never got Thad the information, I got upset and thought Thad was going to scam us and not pay us even though that had never been the case in the past. So at the end of the day he paid us in full and it wasn't that big of a deal and we look forward to working with Thad again in the future.

Side note Thad said he didn't realize his Skype was turned off on his Ipad, and he also said he doesn't answer his phone if he doesn't recognize the caller ID. (I guess i should have left a message).

After creating the report last week and informing our client about this the client has finally responded to my messages. We have several exchange of conversation and clarifying some things about what had happened Mr. Thad Sipple and I have made an agreement that he will be paying half the salary of the agents and will complete the payment once I remove or delete this report against him.

Unfortunately, ripoff report has no other way to remove or delete the report only to straighten the record or report filed against a person or company. In good faith and the only way I think to let people know about the progress on this is to use this venue to straight the record filed against this person. After few weeks of working with him we really doesn't have any issue with Mr. Thad Sipple until this incident had happened which leave me no choice but to file a report here at Ripoffreport.com. The intention is not to destroy or ruin anyone's welfare but to use this as a medium of settlement which Mr. Thad Sipple acknowledges.

I hope this is enough to let the public know that our client have made the half payment of the salary in good faith and with a high respect of professionalism showed and bestowed to us by Mr. Thad Sipple. He is a nice person to work with and due to miscommunication and the need of response this report was filed to merely straighten and settle everything.

Mr. Thad Sipple you are a nice guy and we are still looking forward to work with you but I hope though your request to delete or remove this report didn't happen you will still settle the other half of the salary of the agents. Thank you!
