Saveology Techzilla theft, scam, lies, marketing, cable tv 3rd party sales Internet, Florida

Looked like totally legit Time Warner Authorized seller of Cable TV Packages and Services. Picked a package to upgrade Time Warner account, was pressured into buy a new router, they said my old equipment needs new router for new digital phone. They gave me a supposed official Confirm Install #, and setup a dare and time for Time Warner install. They charged 3x more than the local store charges for a new Zyxel router, but promised not only a rebate for $69.9, but alos a #$200.00 rebate for changing phone companies from ATT to Time Warner Digital Cable. The next week no one shows at appointment. I called Time Warner. I called several office and manager, and they said i was scammed and they never had any work order placed, and they swore they could not prosecute because the scammers are out of their reach. After 3 or 43 hours of going insane and trying to find our what happened, I found out the truth about who is behind the scam. This company  in Florida is running scams and shell companies with more scam,s on selling bogus services, claiming to be official Time Warner Cable agents,

 Selling computer equipment that there is no way to collect on the rebate because the conditions are contingent upon services from the new contract.. in use for at least one month. which would be impossible since there is no valid contract with Time Warner.

When I called to have them refund my money and get authorization t return the garbage equipment, the Billing people argued, demanded I talked to the scammers,, and admitted they are at he same company, just different names. Then they put me on hold with music for 10 more minutes, stalling me.

I called my Credit Card company to reverse the charges, no more of this ripping me off!
Thje information about this company is all over the Internet. Time Warner desperately needs to get a handle on this, afterall the company is in Florida, and the laws must be on Time warner's side, as the scammers are using Time Warner Official looking websites with their name in the URL. Acting as agents for Time Warner without TW's permission, and never turning in work orders and selling hardware using coercion and lies.

Zyxel needs to stop these companies from using their computer equipment in this scam, as that company is getting a bad name from this mess.
