PLEASE NOTE JIM SCOTT IS A FICTIOUS NAME! THE real owner Jim Valgene is the same OWNER for American Utilities Systems Auditing, AS HE WAS FOR THE NOW DEFUNCT Savings and Recovery!!!!!I work for this ripoff company and yes I am ashamed at what I know to be true. They do take "retainers" and then keep them, by saying the customer failed to provide proper invoices. Knowing all along that they can not reduce any costs on there energy bills. Jim Valgene has been doing this in other states as well as California. Although they post different addresses for both companies, it is still same owner and partner Steve Rafter is the culprit in Seattle who is a drinking buddy of Jim Valgenes. There is NO AUDIT DEPT AT ALL!!!!! only a phone number with a recording to frustrate callers who are looking for answers! the only way to get your refund back is if you go to the office personally(as of now located in SJC CA.and argue, then He might give it back.What is mostly sad is he prays on small BUSINESS OWNERS who cant afford lawyers. unlike big corp. who at some point might reduce their costs because of their hugh sq. footage. but nonetheless its the small business owner who really has no corners to cut that gets  RIPPED OFF.  and the reason why some people are victims is because of the economy and looking to save costs and you have a DRUNKEN, BITTER DIVORCED, IDIOT PRAYING ON THAT NOTION! anyway there is so much more I could say but (its time for me to make some "so called appts")
