I bought a chair from the JC PENNY WEB SITE in September 2008, and starting in October of 2008 through the present, February 2009 they have charged my credit card, AIR TRAN VISA, $9.95 each month. My credit card company claims this is a recurring charge authorized by me. IT WAS NOT AND I ONLY COUGHT UP TO THIS SCAM BECAUSE I PAID OFF THE CARD AND HAD ONLY THAT CHARGE THIS MONTH.
STAY AWAY FROM THE PENNY WEB SITE AND STORE. DO NOT USE ANT CARD, CREDIT OR DEBIT THERE
