first this company says they can recreate your favorite fragrance and design the bottle with any name or design you want

they take only checks. i chased them for 2 and a half months for the fragrance i pd for. they said they were very sorry they overlooked my order. it came in a plain bottle and smelled real bad.

i chased them again to return the bottle. they said they were very sorry i didn't like the fragrance.

i returned the bottle and chased them for a refund. after many ignored emails i got an answer on may 20th. i offered them a tracking number and they said it wasnt necessary, they are very sorry they overlooked it and were putting the refund in the mail.

i chased them june, july and aug. with no answers.

my last attempt was jan. 2011 when i threatend the bbb. they said i had a lot of nerve wanting a refund after a full year.

i reminded them that they delivered the fragr. at the end of March. they only cashed the check in the beg. of jan. i also sent them all the unanswered emails proving that i was chasing them.

they wanted me to prove that they received the bottle with the tracking # i originally offered them and they turned down. They do alot of business with the post office and fully know that tracking #s are only kept for 90 days, its my accusation that they procrastinate tillthe records are not available anymore. they also said that their appology of overlooking my return was not an admission to them receiving the return and in fact they know for sure they did'nt have it.

i filed a report with the bbb. unfortunately, i didn't check therebefore my purchase. their reputation is awfull. their response to the bbb was that they begged me for the tracking number which i REFUSED to give them.

the post office jumped through hoops for me to somehow prove this return was delivered. They found the records in washington which i faxed to scentmatchers. they had to eat their words with both me and the bbb. i did get the refund over 1 year later.

just dont do business with this manufacturer cause their fragrancejust STINKS!!!
