This is one of the Biggest Schams out there right Now. Schneider is a trucking company that will school you on the road to be a trucker.

they send you to "School" and you work you're a*s off to get through the 4 week training to get you're own truck. they pay you $0.25 per mile when you finish training and tell you if you can work for us for 1 full year, you do not have to pay for the training.

so here is where it gets a little tricky, you have to go to there place for 2 weeks to learn everything about driving the truck. (NO PAY FOR THIS) you then take a teast and if you pass you are now paid $200 a week for the rest of your training. so you learn for 10 days how to get a load and drop your loads. if you do not pass that test you stay 1 more week for NO PAY at the end of 10 days you and another student are asked to climb into a truck for who knows how long with an over the road trainer. and all the cash you have been paid right now is $200

when you finish you're over the road training you are then givin a 3rd party DMV driving teast where no matter how bad you are you still pass. so then you are issued a beat up old a*s truck and you camp out every night and day in this bunck behind the drivers seat. living on $200 a week untill you f*** up out on the road. they pull you back in tell you to clean out the truck and then bill you the $200 you got for passing you teast so you can live out on the road. you fight for you're job back and when you are doing this you get a friendly call saying that the "SCHOOL" you went to is now $1,500.00 and that you broke the contrack.

the reality is Schneider breaks the contrack by firing you. i offered to stay on as a non-driver and they said no. then i found out that the "SCHOOL" is not a real school. they are scaming people trying to get a class A Lic. and saying thay have to pay this money back when in reallity it's not even a real school. if it was a real school they would have a student loan and grants but you do not have to pay any of this money back. you did not break any contract. schneider broke the contract by not offing a non driving job. i would have quit if i was told to clean the toilets and then i would have broken the Contract

Schneider has no way to collect their fee

AUTHOR: Ken Jr - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, August 26, 2012

What is Schneider going to do, sue an unemployed person for a couple grand?  The attorney fees would far outstrip what they are suing for.

So laugh at them when they call u up asking for money.  Schneider is just a super greedy outfit that craps all over their employees, hell they rake in billions for the executives and the drunken clan that owns this worthless piece of crap outfit yet offer no pension plan and strip u of your medical benefits the day u "retire" penniless.

Stay the hell away from "Schitter National" unless u like being screwed.

You people are clueless

AUTHOR: Sean - (U.S.A.)

Schneider does not run a school. They offer training to potential drivers that do not have any experience.

The training program is 4 weeks, not 2, then you are put on a truck with a driver trainer for advanced training.

Their only requirement is that you drive for them for at least a year. If you don't make it a year, then your you are charged a prorated cost for training (diesel fuel is expensive, so is maintenance cost on equipment, payroll for trainers, etc.).

You were hired as a driver, not an office worker. In the trucking industry, there are not many office jobs for people that do not have extensive knowledge of the industry.

You were hired as a driver so they do not have to offer you any other position.

AUTHOR: Charles - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, September 04, 2006

I am glad schneider turned me down you'er right it is a scam also if you have no solid work history you still cannot get into their company paid training school anyway I am glad they turned me down after reading all the reports of them firing people & breaking contracts & ruining their dac report, for them not to get another job it would have been a major mistake in working for them!.

I was upset & discouraged schneider did not except me but I am reliefed after reading these reports they are always firing their employees right after training, I am staying away from schneider they treat people like garbage & treat people unfairly who do not have a solid working history after how badly they treated me.

I just want a trucking school to give me a chance I will be a good worker schneider did not give me a chance so screw them!.
