I sm actually going threw a very lengthy process with schoharie dss and family court have been for 3 years.i have been going in and out of family court monthly and its always been postponed .I have been dealing with Lana Baldwin who still lives at home with her mother and has no kids. also deal with sandy wood how has called my inlaws house harrassing them and nothing was done about it.Lana has meet with me and went to the other residents houses telling wha I've said and twist s**t up. There was a incident with me and another female relative at dss where cops were called but in the end i was clear n nothing was wrong Lana was informed to help me file court papers for family court but she insisted on waiting the next day helped the other female file the report. I'm not gonna get to far unto it but I had my children removed from me and allowed to see my 3 older kids 2 a month for a hour by BARRLETT LANA BALDWIN SANDY WOOD and law guardian CHISTINE NICHOLA..My attorney failed to help me file any petitions against christina do to a few comments about me snd my kids being bastsrd kids and wrote the judge and nothing doene.She is not there for the children at all after a court hearing standing.in the hall way Christine had said to Teress Mead that she couldn't wait to go have a drink . I'm still in the courts trying to get this living nghtmare out of my life.@ My kids are completely emotionally. disturbed. and A LOT is to do with SANDY W
OOD LANA BALDWIN JUDGE Bartlett. DAVID LAPANEL. PAUL BRADY because of handling matters the right way its file everything and anything against u to stay in your lives forever a keep getting a paycheck . i think its a great idea to make it court irdered to have house checks. i know a family wbere there. is a daughter around 8-9 years old living with both parents where the father smokes potand parties and even smokes crack while his daughter is on the floor infront of him.SO SCHOHARIE DSS CPS go after the ones who need it.

Also just wanted to say the little tidbits like the law guardian saying what she did about needing a drink and Lana not having children (She's not the only one) helps a lot in developing character profiles and seeing behavioral patterns. So thank you a lot for that.

I know first hand what you are going through and I am still going through this horrible process myself.
