I ordered the Christmas Magic ornament collcetion from Groiler or Scholastic, (whichever they are calling themselves), for my son. They came in my son's name.
I read through all the papers that they sent me with the FREE ornament and the one to purchase.

One of the ornaments was broken when I received it so I decided not to keep the ornament or the membership with them and sent it back. Stating the shape that the ornament came in when I received it and that I did not want to keep it, that they didn't need to send a new one and that I did not wish to keep the membership.

Well I few weeks later I received another shipment of two more Christmas Magic ornaments in the mail and returned those to sender.

I am still getting the bills in my son's name after mailing everything back to them. I didn't keep there merchandise and I do not need to pay for them when I do not have them.

On the bill is a web site address to go to, to pay the bill online and the address just fills my screen with advertisements of sales. I want the bills to stop coming and them to leave me and my son alone.

i have also received scholastic disney christmas ornaments (as well as many other at home clubs through scholastic) i also recieved a broken ornament, (they come through regular postal service so its not necessarily scholastics fault) but i called the customer service phone number and they sent me a replacement with no questions or even asking me to return the damaged one. i think that if you use the customer service number rather than corresponding through the mail it is much easier. i have used it numerous times with a lot of their clubs and i have never had a problem, they are very nice and helpful everytime i call.
