Two years ago I was injured while working.  Had I not been threatened with my job and forced to work in the conditions at the current time and had been allowed to park for 15 to 20 minutes while waiting for the conditions to pass everything would have been fine.  However, after numerous doctors visits, P.T. sessions, one surgery and 6 IME's I continue to live in pain with my life on hold.   Not to mention my wife and children's life.  I lay and watch everyday my life pass before me all because Schwans is too lame to provide me with the necessary surgery I need to get me to where I can function again.  

Every Doctor/surgeon I have been to says the same thing yet Schwans, SRS insurance and their attorneys refuse to allow what I am entitled to.  I loved my job, I loved working for Schwans and for years all I did is preach to people about how great of a company Schwans is.  Well, that's B.S.  They give two cents about me or any other employee.  Employees they say are, "a dime a dozen" yet all I ever heard is how it's so hard to find employees and how hard it is to keep them.  And this is the way they treat their employees? 

You know,  for years while on my route I kept running into former employees who complained about Schwans and how they treat you.  I blew it off as simply a disgruntled ex-employee but boy, has my views on Schwans changed.  These people I spoke with and listened to are pretty much correct. 

So, I sure hope anyone considering them for a job or career simply reconsider the facts.  90% of what you'll read here on Rip-Off Report is absolutely true!   Less than 25% (approx.) of new employees remain after 90 days and half of those are gone within 120 days. 

If you have a family, forget it.  Say good bye to them because you might see them when you return home at 11 or 12 pm and maybe on a Sat or Sun if you are not forced to work. 

Beware of what the hiring manager tells you.  I can't stress this enough because typically, if their mouth is moving they are lying.
