Score Sense www.scoresense.com located in Dallas, TX is a scam.  Paid $1 for 7-day trial membership and UNABLE TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP DUE TO NOBODY ANSWERING PHONE.  Made several attempts to cancel membership during trial membership period to no avail.  Saw they charged me $29.95 after 7th day and tried to contact them by phone and e-mail.  Finally spoke with a representative and asked for a refund and to CANCEL my membership.  Followed up the following day and was told by a different representative that my membership was NEVER CANCELED, so she went ahead and did it for me and re-issued refund request.  Yesterday I finally got an e-mail from them and they refunded me the $1 for trial membership but REFUSED TO REFUND MY $29.95 WHICH WAS NEVER AUTHORIZED BY ME.  I'm filing a BBB complaint as well.  DO NOT USE THEM BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TERMINATE YOUR 7-DAY "TRIAL."
