You gave them EXPRESS permision to ding your card when you signed up originally for the TRIAL offer. YOU DID NOT READ!!! That is where the problem lies. Had you stopped and taken just 2 mins to read the terms and conditions you would have seen that you were enrolling in a TRIAL MEMBERSHIP program. But since you did not read hence you did not know you had to contact them within 14 days of starting your trial offer to cancel the MEMBERSHIP. This is all on you and your inability to take a few mins and inform yourself as to what you were agreeing to.
